Customers are the core of every business. A customer’s experience differentiates one business from another. Making sure your website is user-friendly is essential. Today, having the knowledge, skills and techniques to support the development of these experiences is critical to your success as a Business Analyst
During this presentation, we will look at customer and user experience, explore exceptional customer experiences, understand the principles of a good user design and discuss techniques from both the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®) and BABOK® agile extension that a Business Analyst must consider when developing requirements for these experiences.
