Broader Agile perspective
In this session we will place Agile into a broader context with a focus on three linked themes: 1. Organizational culture and leadership, 2. Agile and characteristics of digital business, 3. BAs & Agile. The interactive part in the form of a mini workshop will be geared towards fast detection of organizational culture. The results will show how many participants of the conference already work in the business environment with an agile organizational culture.
